Spend 150 minutes at Buffalo Cave near Tam Coc learning Vietnamese cooking with an English-speaking guide, including Hien, then eat what you make. Prepare rice-paper rolls, spring rolls, and possibly grilled fish before exploring the cave, feeding ducks, fishing, or bathing at the waterfall. Groups are limited to 10.
