From Jökulsárlón, ride a custom super jeep toward Breiðamerkurjökull, a tongue of Vatnajökull Glacier. Walk 1 to 4 kilometers to a natural ice cave that may glow blue, green, or black, depending on the season. Meet at Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon for a 3 to 3.5-hour outing onto Breiðamerkurjökull. A modified 4x4 gets you near the ice, then your English-speaking guide leads a short glacier walk to one to three changing blue ice features. From Húsafell, you’ll cross Langjökull in a glacier-ready 8x8 truck, then walk through the world’s largest man-made ice tunnel. He brought as to more attraction than the schedule! The accommodations are nice and sleeping time is adequate. The most stunning spot is the glacier hike, just like walking on another planet as in the movie interstellar. The waterfall is amazing, better bring your own raincoat or you can rent one on the site. I highly recommend this tour if you’re going to explore the southern part of Iceland in 3 days.”
